I had a mixed experience at this hotel - the rooms were clean and in decent condition, but our garden view was the worst we've ever had due to the overgrown nature of the garden. The location, while offering a quick drive and bike ride to Puerto Morales, felt isolated from major areas in the Riviera Maya between Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great amenities like a ceiling fan, mini fridge, and a safe. The staff, especially Mr Abel Hernandez, ensured everything was top-notch. The location was excellent, just a 25-minute drive from the airport. The dining experience was good, with diverse menus and great service. The facilities were well-maintained, and the value for money was reasonable.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were not ready until after 3:00, and to make matters worse, they were stinking like humidity the whole time. Although the location was near a service road with parking and bikes, we definitely didn't have an 'ocean view' as expected.
