thin wall loud noise
the room was clean and it had comfy beds.
the walls seemed thin (i swear i could hear everything). we heard every noise in other rooms.

location was convenient near the metro. breakfast had a good selection of continental options. the staff was friendly and helpful there. the room was clean.
the bathroom design had a odd layout with the toilet positioned where your legs had to fit under a big sink. noise from the street disturbed my sleep. the room was a bit small for what i needed.

The location is accessible. it's a short walk to the main train station. the staff were friendly. They helped me store my luggage before check-in.

I found it easy to access my ground floor room. Luggage storage was helpful before check-in. The lounge decor looked great.
The hotel WONT turn A/C even if they say it has!

Breakfast featured good coffee and plenty of choice downstairs. There were many cafes near the hotel, so finding a meal was not an issue, because some were good.

The room was comfortable and clean. A huge television was included. The room also had a fridge and a hairdryer for convenience.

The hotel is situated near the Central rail station and a Metro stop. The hotel is located in a safe area and this made getting around very easy. A pizzeria is also directly across the street.

Staff members were friendly and answered all questions. They helped me with planning my outing. Staff accepted to receive my bags before check in. This saved time.
