excellent roomfriendly staffmetro system
The room was an excellent Single Room. The staff seemed very friendly to me. The metro system location is close by. I really appreciated the accessibility!!!

the breakfast staff were very accommodating.
I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathroom did not have one. the air conditioning had a limited temperature. It was unbearably hot! when i asked about this, they said the upgraded room was better because it had more space. this feels like a scam.

The breakfast buffet included many choices and I found the beds to be very comfortable.
The hotel is a little far from the center, not ideal. The taxi fares added up. Also the pool had an additional fee for entry which I thought was unusual. I expected more considering the hotel's reputation, though I realize these things happen.
