The breakfast was adequate, I guess, staff did replenish food quickly.
I locate cockroaches in my room and the shower head did break. It kept falling, you know, from its place. Those things happen, I suppose. The room was not clean. I have pictures as a proof.

the location worked out really well for me. it was a short walk from the tram stop, so i could get to the airport quickly. the swimming pool were a nice feature, especially with the outdoor seating area. i found the breakfast to have high quality ingredients.
i did notice the electrical plug didn't work in the room. it was a small issue, but slightly inconvenient.

the hotel is strategically positioned and close to a tram station. the short tram ride made access to the airport quite easy. i liked the short distance to parc phoenix, a short walk from the hotel.

the staff were friendly and cute. the reception area always had coffee, water, and brioche available. i found them helpful in providing directions to the tram station.

The hotel is very close to the airport and easy to walk. The train station and tram stop are nearby, located about 2-5 minutes walking distance from the hotel (very convenient!). I found the staff helpful and friendly .
The room had no kettle for making tea or coffee. I also found no fridge available. There were no drinking facilities available in the room, not ideal.

the hotel is conveniently located near transportation hubs. i found the location great for accessing the train station, tram, and airport. the building's soundproof windows effectively block out noise.
the front desk communication presented some challenges. i experienced misdirections to the parking garage upon arrival. the lack of clear instructions created some frustration.

the hotel was near the airport and only a short tram ride to the city center, what a win. rooms were clean and nice. the pool stayed super clean, even with a small crowd. friendly staff. free water, coffee, and snacks were available all day, a special touch i did appreciate.
