The location was AMAZING. It was only a short walk to the Promenade and various dining options. I also really appreciated the staff's kindness. They helped me SO MUCH with my luggage and other requests. The hotel's garden provided a relaxing space.
The pillows were a BIG issue. The coushin size pillows smelled REALLY bad, almost as if they hadn't been changed in ages. I reported this immediately.

The hotel is conveniently located near many dining options. There is a Franprix grocery store nearby too. You can easily find various restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. This REALLY makes dining out convenient.

The hotel is ideally situated less than a 5 minute walk from the Promenade. Tram access to the airport is also super close. The hotel is on a beautiful street near the sea front.

small roomsewage smell
I found several issues . The room was quite small. The bathroom had a noticeable smell of sewage. I paid for a room (it cost quite a bit) and breakfast was not included.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
small roompoor insulation
The room size was definitely a constraint. i booked a double room, but it felt quite cramped. I had difficulty moving around with my luggage. also, the sound insulation was poor. I could clearly hear noise from the street and other guests, disruptive. this made it hard to relax and sleep well, especially during early mornings.
