I found the staff helpful. They promptly addressed all my needs. the corner room i received as an upgrade was spacious. It was such a welcome surprise. i really liked the rooftop pool. It's such a great spot to unwind after a busy day. nespresso pods in the room allowed for convenient coffee preparation. i very much appreciated that!

the gym, while functional, could benefit from a larger variety of equipment. it's just a minor point though.

Breakfast included a good selection of items. Most notably were the egg dishes ordered directly and freshly prepared. there was only one type of milk available. No semi-skimmed option, which wasn't a problem for me.

The rooftop pool features a glass floor section. This was a very special feature. while somewhat small, the gym includes a treadmill and a stationary bike. I liked that there are also some free weights.
