I was touched by the staff's warm service. Natatie was so very helpful, and i found the location convenient. our superior room felt spacious and very clean, a comforting haven after our explorations. i look forward to returning. It felt so easy to relax here.

the hotel's central position allows for quick access to various restaurants, shops, and points of interest. getting around to meetings and cultural sites was easy, a great benefit. the proximity to central made everything flow so very smoothly.

The staff was indeed helpful. I appreciated Ami and Shawn's assistance with my check-in. The room was clean and had a modern, minimalist design. The bed was comfortable, a plus after a long journey.
The hotel lacked a breakfast option! The payment at the hotel option proved more expensive, costing me additional transaction fees.

John at the front desk was such a treasure, he knew all the hidden gems. he pointed me to a dim sum place locals adore, a true slice of local life, and his advice for the peak. the coffee in the lobby was also special. I loved the variety available!

Excellent Central Location

The location was excellent. The hotel is near the Airport Express and MTR stations. Many good restaurants and bars surround the area. The room I had was clean and contained everything one could need. Staff was helpful and the air conditioning worked well. I enjoyed silence in my room even though it faced Wellington Street.
Navigating to the hotel was tough with suitcases.
