The location is really convenient. It is near many points of interest. I always felt safe in the area. The breakfast was great too.
Soundproofing in the room was not good. I could hear water flowing through the pipes. Loud noises from neighboring rooms were also audible. The mattress was too firm.

Barely space to move around with my luggage. the ventilation made a noticeable noise, even with the bathroom door shut. turning off the tv required unplugging it, i couldn't change channels. the staff was aware but didn't offer a solution which was frustrating, noisy ventilation, faulty tv

The location made getting around simple. A supermarket was very close to the hotel. The reception team was cute and helpful, made check-in smooth.
Soundproofing was not ideal and you could hear water flowing through pipes. The mattress was too firm, and the pillows felt lumpy. The room felt cramped with two small suitcases. More space would be beneficial.
