the front desk staff were cute! one member greeted me with such warmth. the heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected luxury, and the free parking was a definite bonus.
The breakfast quality was inconsistent. The eggs were not good. i also noticed some jam on the door handles. The cleaning could have been more thorough. the toilet kept running during my first night.

The staff were friendly enough.
My room wasn't clean enough. I found a hair under my pillow, so I reckon the bed hadn't been properly cleaned. I felt pretty grossed out thinking I'd slept in a dirty bed all night. The TV remote also didn't work, and the shower drain was terribly slow, so I had to stop my shower halfway to let the water drain away.

the location was very peaceful i found the hotel clean and comfy. the check in process was friendly the staff were greeting people. the room was a nice size and good value.

my room included a queen size bed. it had a television with freeview channels. the room size was appropriate for a single traveller i think.

the hotel food was nice and i enjoyed breakfast. i chose to have breakfast in bed. the reception staff was friendly when i asked for a tray to take it back to my room.

wonderful stay AT a NICE hotel
warm greetinggolf coursecomfortable bednetflix access
the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival at the front desk. my upgraded room had a lovely view of the golf course, SUCH a treat. i found the bed to be huge and very comfortable, which i REALLY appreciated.
the tv did not have netflix. i CONSIDER THIS a minor inconvenience.

the location offers safe walking routes , which i found very reassuring as i was travelling alone. parking was plentiful and free , allowing for easy access and peace of mind .

i found the free car parking very convenient with plenty of spaces! the location is also excellent, especially for access to the shopping center. the restaurant was excellent too, i really enjoyed it!
the room was dusty i noticed. the wi-fi wasn't strong enough to reach the room either, a bummer. i wanted to stream a movie!
