peeling paint bland chicken

I must say. the hotel felt a bit dated. the jacuzzi area in the spa had cracks and peeling paint. breakfast wasn't great either. It felt more like a 3-star experience. the cheese plate had processed cheese slices cut small. the cold cuts were just bland boiled chicken. it definitely wasn't the best start to my days.

friendly staff clean room equipped room

the staff was friendly and very helpful, always giving a warm greeting. i had a great time unwinding at the nice pool area. the room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay!

the breakfast options were a little limited, only a minor issue!

great staff convenient location laundry machine

the hotel has great staff and facilities. i found a spa, restaurant, pool, and even a laundry machine directly in my room. the location next to the bts stop is also very convenient. the bts access made traveling around simple.

the hotel felt slightly old, with some worn-out towels still in use, not ideal.

acceptable stay, some issues present

the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, including thai and western options.

the room felt a bit dingy and uncomfortable. i could see that the floors hadn't been wiped. there was very obvious dust clinging to the bedpost.
