The location was perfect. it was super close to the metro station. the room decoration is beautiful and restaurants are nearby. the free coffee in reception was very good. It was a nice welcome!
The shower leaked water. the bathroom was quite small. It was hard to avoid splashing.

The staff were helpful. They stored my luggage safely after i checked out!!! the breakfast was quite complete and delicious. i especially liked the fact that the room had ac. It was a lifesaver with the heat.
the rooms look different in real life than in the photos, a bit of a letdown.

The location is great to visit the Moulin Rouge.
I found the room a little disappointing. It felt quite dark, possibly due to weak lighting. There was also a strange loud sound at night. I suspect it came from the roadway since the window overlooked it. I also found someone else's sock on the closet. That was not great.

the staff were very helpful . they allowed an early check-in, convenient (i had knee issues). my room was near reception and quite spacious with a nice bathroom. wangmo, a staff member, offered ice for my knees, a thoughtful gesture. the location is excellent with nearby shops and easy access to the metro.
the room decor seemed a little different from the online photos.
