I really enjoyed the welcome drink provided upon arrival. the staff was friendly and helped with directions. i appreciated the daily towel change. It ensured a fresh experience each day.
the room overlooked an uninspiring view of the backyard, a bit disappointing. i hoped for a better scenery from the window. fresh air was restricted.

The room size was a little tight. i also noticed the bathroom cleanliness could have been better. I spotted a spider in there. the lack of a kettle and tea bags was like a small oversight for the price. I really wanted a cuppa. the reception area felt quite cramped too.

The complimentary beverages in the fridge were a nice touch. The room was spacious.
The walls felt a little thin! I could sometimes hear people talking and moving around. It was hard to fall asleep. the bed was not comfy enough.

i found the room very clean and spacious it was nice. the staff members were friendly and helpful, a sweet touch . there were some complimentary snacks in the evening i found that a thoughtful gesture.
the room was too small. i would say it's not suitable for two people. the cupboard was also quite small for my belongings .

Breakfast included delicious food options i discovered. the breakfast room itself was beautifully decorated i remember. the hotel offered cheese and wine at 6pm. It was a nice idea.
