helpful staff smooth check-in
I returned for a second stay and the front desk staff were very helpful. they ensured my check-in was smooth. the hotel looks like an art piece. I find it beautiful.
The hotel did not meet my expectations, though the room was clean. The noise at night was problematic.

professional staff room upgrade coffee machine onsite parking
i found the reception staff very professional and friendly. hani gave us a great room upgrade as a free gift for our birthday and anniversary. the design was nice and the large room included a coffee machine and large tv. the parking was included and really convenient.
the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, so i needed taxis at night.

My room was spacious. i had a twin room that also included a double sofa bed. the room was still quite spacious. I was impressed.
