The location was good. I could easily reach places. The staff assisted me with the tram system. This made commuting easier. The library sitting area had a wood-burning fireplace for tea.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. I had to go elsewhere for meals.

FANTASTIC stay
awesome breakfastmany choices
the BREAKFAST was awesome every morning. It had something to please anyone! I enjoyed the croissants and specialty pastries that I don't regularly eat. but the MANY choices of meats, eggs, and other breakfast essentials were also VERY NICE.

the staff was very helpful! the location offered convenient access to various attractions. i found a tesco express just around the block! a shopping mall was also nearby, useful.
I requested a quiet room, but received one overlooking a busy street. This impacted my sleep quality. when i asked to move, i was informed that no twin rooms were available facing the back of the hotel, disappointing.

the breakfast offered plenty of choices each morning. i noticed a variety of options ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel offered tea and coffee from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm!

The hotel is near tram stops which provides convenient access to major attractions. The welcome was excellent with plenty of useful information provided upon arrival. The staff are friendly, and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
