I appreciated the staff's friendliness. They were consistently helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and plentiful amounts. i found the location convenient, as the hop-on-hop-off bus stopped right in front, even without visible signs. i asked the bus to stop.

i found the staff cute and the check-in process was smooth! i even received an upgrade to a sea view, a good surprise. the bed was super comfortable and the room offered generous space.
the breakfast options remained pretty consistent each day.

really good service great kindness
i really thank mr rabii and miss el aidi oufae for their really good service in the restaurant. they are the best. i also thank miss loubna and miss aya too for their kindness and professionalism in treatment and rooms cleaning.
the rooms are very hot and i ordered a duplex with a sea view but ended up with 2 standard rooms. one had a sea view and one had a terrible view. i thought that the rooms were sound proof so the noises and the heat did not let me sleep. it was terrible

fantastic staff amazing food smooth process
the registration, restaurant, and cleaning staff were fantastic. the food was amazing (i really enjoyed the variety!). the hotel's location seemed ideal and everything ran smoothly. i also appreciated the fast check-in and check-out process.
The wifi wasn't strong. I had some trouble connecting in my room.
