the reception was warm and inviting. the staff offered quick, attentive service at all times. i appreciated the qr code system near the pool, enabling quick orders of both food and drinks. the rooftop pool offered a great respite, especially after my long travels.
the public beach in front of the hotel was a little busy.

the breakfast included a wide assortment of fresh fruit, cheeses, pastries and meats, providing plenty of options. dinner was equally satisfying, displaying meticulous preparation and design of the dining area. the portofino restaurant was a delight.

the hotel is located just steps from a lovely beach and near essential transport hubs such as the railway and bus stations. i enjoyed being situated between the lively beach and the tranquility of the hotel. the harbour and old town are easily accessible.

The room was spacious enough and had adequate facilities.
I noticed the hotel seemed understaffed. I had to request assistance for even basic things such as temperature adjustment and that took time. The decor was not particularly appealing with its minimalist style and cheap-looking furniture so I was not impressed.

the staff was friendly. the hotel room was big, and the toilet and shower were separate, a nice feature. they provided tissue and single-use flip flops. i will definitely be back.
the pool is small and towels are sometimes left on the loungers.

the location is advantageous, with a nearby beach only minutes away on foot. a bus stop is also conveniently close. this ensures easy access to transportation and the waterfront, though the parking was expensive!

location was good to explore. staff were nice. hotel was comfortable and well designed. i found breakfast good. bedding was very good too.
i don't think there was bellhop available to help with bags. front desk had just one person. this person also serves as a concierge and runs towels up to the rooms.
