lovely south beach experience!
great perk e-bike availability warm greeting helpful staff
The location was amazing. I could walk to everything! daily coffee and tea were such a great perk. e-bikes were available, so i explored the area. the staff greeted me warmly and helped with everything i needed!
the elevators sometimes took a while, but it wasn't a major issue.

The ceviche at el patio was delicious! i also enjoyed the wine tasting with noble vines merlot. It was so good i bought some for my home bar and the restaurant staff was super friendly and professional.

The hotel had a central location, so i could walk to the beach and ocean drive easily. Katsuya and other nearby places were also very convenient to visit and the provided sunbeds on the beach were a really nice touch.

The pool area looked beautiful. It was great! water fountains were available on each floor. I really appreciated that detail and the hotel provided umbrellas and bathrobes.

My room was spacious and very clean. The cleaning service was excellent! i enjoyed the small balcony and the amazing bathtub and housekeeping quickly brought me the non-feather pillows and other extras i requested.

The staff were pretty good too assist me. They provided really good customer service! hussein and matise were particularly helpful. They gave great attention to detail and anthony was also a star during check in.

amazing location tasty food private pool
the location is amazing at just 5 minutes to the beach! it is also only 15 minutes to lincoln street. i saw that the private pool looked very good too. both hotel restaurants serve really tasty food i definitely recommend them
i noticed the rooms were a bit tired it could be better.

rooftop pool helpful staff
the rooftop pool area was a highlight (i enjoyed the views). the hotel offered morning coffee, a nice touch before starting the day. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the quick and easy check-in process.
my room was located in a separate building, a little inconvenient. (it was not a big deal, but worth mentioning).

dusty shelves old towels
the hotel provided free coffee from 7-10am which was nice.
I was quite disappointed. the room i stayed in didn't feel very clean. It was especially dusty around the shelves near the bed. the bathroom towels felt old and used. That's not what i expect when paying around $400 with tax.

wet duvet rancid elevators
the staff were very helpful and really helped me out on one occasion..
i was promised a sofa bed as a part of the suite, but i got two chairs that barely fit in the room. i was not happy about this. housekeeping then replaced our duvet with a soaking wet duvet and didn't fix the problem until much later even after calling multiple times. finally, the halls smelled bad and the elevators were pure rancid.
