the rooftop pool area was a highlight (i enjoyed the views). the hotel offered morning coffee, a nice touch before starting the day. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the quick and easy check-in process.
my room was located in a separate building, a little inconvenient. (it was not a big deal, but worth mentioning).

the hotel provided free coffee from 7-10am which was nice.
I was quite disappointed. the room i stayed in didn't feel very clean. It was especially dusty around the shelves near the bed. the bathroom towels felt old and used. That's not what i expect when paying around $400 with tax.

The location was convenient. it was within walking distance of various attractions. the staff were attentive. They provided prompt service when i needed assistance.
the room i was assigned was not properly cleaned. i found some noticeable dust on the furniture. the hotel charged extra fees for parking.

the staff were very helpful and really helped me out on one occasion..
i was promised a sofa bed as a part of the suite, but i got two chairs that barely fit in the room. i was not happy about this. housekeeping then replaced our duvet with a soaking wet duvet and didn't fix the problem until much later even after calling multiple times.
