convenient location functional layout unique art
i found the location very convenient for accessing many attractions! the room's layout was functional and well designed, i liked the separate zones for working and relaxing. the art installations throughout the hotel added an extra layer of visual interest and cultural enrichment, it was unique.
the in-room coffee machine was slightly difficult to use at first.

the front desk offered quick assistance with directions and recommendations. housekeeping kept the room clean and well stocked with fresh towels. the valet service was efficient, it ensured prompt car retrieval.

perfect location helpful staff nice rooftop pool room unavailability slow valet long waiting time
The location is perfect. The staff was amazing. David at the front desk was particularly helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were a very nice addition to the stay.
The room we booked was not available for our first night. Valet parking was very slow. I waited 40 minutes to have our car parked upon arrival.

The hotel has a lobby design. I think it was an eye opener. Latisha and Naomi greeted me. They provided information about the hotel and other locations.
The breakfast inclusive option seemed like a rip off. I had to pay extra money. The service was very slow. We waited over 30 minutes for coffee.
