The hotel is perfectly situated in Harbor East, right on the waterfront with stunning views of the inner harbor. The rooms are spacious and cozy, featuring a huge flatscreen TV, but no sofa. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff including Sue and Mr Reggie. The dining experience offers a variety of options, from exceptional to average, but with some room for improvement. The location is excellent, being close to restaurants, entertainment, and the harbor, making it easy to explore Baltimore. Overall, a great spot with a few areas for enhancement.

The hotel is in a prime location buzzing with restaurants and stores and within perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms are over the top spacious, which was great for watching New Year's Eve fireworks, and so nice. However, the food pricing seemed steep in some areas compared to other options.
