i found the staff quite helpful. the parking spaces both out front and in back were very convenient. breakfast each morning was a good way to start the day.
the shutter blinds in my room were broken and did not work properly. the wardrobe doors were also hanging off and hard to close. the shower head had corrosion that looked quite old, needing replacement.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the restaurant. It was right in the hotel! My room overlooked the ruins and the Priory. The air conditioning and a walk-in shower were great additions.
