a solid stay in town

helpful staff wide selection comfortable furniture central location
the staff were helpful upon my arrival, quickly getting me checked in. the breakfast offered a wide selection and tasted fresh. my room was well-kept, with comfortable furniture. i also found the hotel's central location to be advantageous, especially for exploring local sights.
The town clock chimes were noticeable throughout the night. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.

My room included a king-sized bed with ample space to move around comfortably. It also had a tv with various channels. the room design created a functional, relaxing atmosphere, though the sealed windows meant fresh air was limited. It was very quiet though.

free parking comfortable bed pleasant staff
the location was excellent, near river walks and minutes from the priory. parking was free directly across from the hotel. the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. all staff members were pleasant.
the room did not have double glazing, i could hear street noise.

breakfast included a good continental selection. i could upgrade to a cooked breakfast. the continental option had an adequate variety of choices available. the breakfast service was first class.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the restaurant. It was right in the hotel! My room overlooked the ruins and the Priory. The air conditioning and a walk-in shower were great additions.
