The hotel's location provided easy access to public transportation. Nearby, I found several dining options. Staff members were efficient during check-in and check-out , and i had no issues with the process.
The room's climate control was not effective. Despite adjusting the thermostat , the room remained too warm.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a room. This upgrade gave me excellent city views. The location was central. I appreciated the convenient access to transportation. Breakfast provided a nice variety.

the hotel location is fantastic it is near attractions railway and supermarket. the position makes exploring really easy. the view from the window was great especially with the soft down blankets. shower water pressure was also good for a great shower.
i found the small bathing towels inconvenient a larger bath sheet is preferable. this is something that could improve my experience. access to the toilet from the bar involved a long trip to my room then back.

the hotel's proximity to major attractions is a real benefit. it's also quite close to both the railway and a supermarket making everything very convenient. this location made my stay relaxing.

My double room city view had an amazing view. I could see many landmarks from up there. The room itself was also quite spacious and clean.
The shower design was not ideal. It caused water to leak onto the floor. I found the pillows to be too small, and this made it difficult to get comfortable at night.
