The room was very clean! I appreciated the comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices.
The room felt quite small. I found that there was no fridge in the room. Noise from outside continued late into the night.

central location complimentary coffee live piano extra parking charge poor lighting early housekeeping
the location was quite central , it allowed for easy exploration. i appreciated the complimentary coffee and water upon arrival. the breakfast in the grille room featured a piano player , it added a nice touch.
the extra charge for parking felt a bit steep , it added unexpected cost. i found the room to be poorly lit , some lamps were broken. the housekeeping noise started early , vacuuming at 07:30 made it difficult to sleep in.

flawless harbourside stay
helpful staff complimentary upgrade lovely view convenient car park
the hotel staff were helpful, from check-in to housekeeping. i even received a complimentary upgrade to a high floor room. the harbourside location provided a lovely view from my room, and the breakfast was great. the convenient car park next door made travel logistics easier.
the bathroom door required slamming to close properly. this created loud noises at night, not ideal.

A Romantic Getaway!!!
warm welcome easy access
I was greeted with an especially warm welcome by the front desk staff. The hotel car park had very easy access from our hotel floor level. This was amazing!!!
