The staff took good care of us Check-in time is 1:00 PM probably depending on the availability of rooms at that time The room is beautiful quiet and not chaotic I like the blanket very much It is soft light and keeps you warm well There is a complimentary welcome drink and popcorn the ground floor has a swimming pool sauna and fitness the hotel looks like it was intentionally designed you can tell from the decorations that it is like a hotel in Europe the service of all the staff is that they clearly care about quality and creativity they are polite and give recommendations for tourist attractions Yang! is excellent and always makes me feel at home See you next time"

The staff were polite. The breakfast had many choices.
I experienced a terrible check-in. I asked about early check-in, and they agreed initially. After the cancellation deadline, their tone changed. Upon arrival, they told me to leave my luggage and return at 3:00 PM, despite my exhaustion. There seemed to be no intention to accommodate me earlier, even with available rooms.

The room decoration felt very cute, and everything smelled so nice. I stayed in the double bedroom. i especially liked that it had a microwave and plates. I could cook my own food. i found the bed sheets to be of very high quality. it was also great that they have a shuttle tuk tuk car.
The breakfast was very focused on asian cuisine. I would have preferred a broader selection. however, what they had was still good.

The hotel has a pool with sunbeds available . I appreciated lush trees around the swimming pool area. there is also a gym with equipment for workouts and a sauna room. These amenities enhanced my relaxation. the hotel offers a shuttle to the bts thonglor station.

The receptionist and staff were very kind. They were always available to help with any questions. the staff provided a cute atmosphere. i also noticed they offer complimentary popcorn and beverages in the lobby. It was a nice touch.

The air conditioning in the room was cool and comfortable. I found it easy to sleep well. the room included many convenient facilities, and it reminded me of home. the bed was soft and the air conditioner was very effective. I had a great sleep.

There are many restaurants located nearby. It was very convenient. the hotel is in the heart of the city and provides easy access to travel destinations. the proximity to the main shopping street was also beneficial.
