Fantastic Stay!
friendly service tasty breakfast special dessert
I enjoyed the super friendly service I got from the entire reception team. The room offered views of the water. I enjoyed good coffee in the lobby cafe. I also had a tasty breakfast, and one evening, I went to the adjacent restaurant for a Japanese dinner. The staff found out it was my birthday. They brought out a special dessert and sang happy birthday to me!!!
The billing process was a bit confusing. I had to clarify the security deposit.

security deposit poor service
the billing process really soured my stay. the room rate looked reasonable, but they also charged a security deposit that took a long time to be returned. staff gave me incorrect information regarding breakfast. breakfast was minimal and expensive.

nice staff comfortable room great location
The staff was amazingly nice. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was super comfy. I appreciated the early check-in and late check-out possibilities. The location was fantastic. I found many restaurants and bars within a short walk.
The breakfast was a bit minimal for the price.

The hotel has a cafe in the lobby. I found the coffee quite good. Breakfast includes a selection of continental options. Hot options such as cheese toasties and ham & cheese croissants are available to order. It was AMAZING!!!

The room decor and furniture looked really nice. There were two toilets. This was a great convenience. I found the beds and pillows very comfortable. The room had a view of the water, and the city views were unreal.

The location is perfect between The Rocks, the CBD, and Double Bay. Anytime Fitness access is included. Kings Cross train station is very close to the building. Public transport and many shops are within a short walk. I found it convenient.

The reception team offered very friendly service. I appreciate it. The reception staff member was helpful and accommodating when I requested a change to a twin room. Cleaning personnel fixed our room every day. The staff were pretty good too be helpful.
