Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were a bit smaller than expected but cozy. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient for accessing public transportation but had a minor security issue with the parking lot. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious options, although there was a lack of staff engagement. Overall, the hotel provided a mix of positive and negative experiences.
The hotel is well-located for our show visit, but the room was small and lacked some amenities. The rates were higher than expected, impacting overall value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were small but had good sheets and were very comfortable and clean. On the downside, there was no fresh air as the double-glazed window was locked, and the room was located at a thoroughfare to the car park.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, with a quaint atmosphere in Queen Street Woolahra, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The rooms, although small and prone to noise, were comfortable but could get warm. The service was friendly and attentive, although there were some noisy moments due to the floors. The dining experience was varied but had an issue with extra charges for espresso coffee at breakfast.
