cute stafflovely loungespacious roomunfluffy pillows
The staff were so cute, greeting me warmly each time i entered. the hotel had a lovely lounge area, offering free coffee and snacks. my room was spacious and super clean. The housekeeping service restocked the mini fridge with complimentary drinks daily.
The pillows were not very fluffy, requiring me to use the decorative pillows for extra support. the shower had a half-door, causing water to spray onto the floor. i noticed some water damage on the carpets. This could definitely use attention.

Breakfast included a good continental selection, with fresh fruit and pastries. i adored the free afternoon snacks and soft drinks. The hot chocolate machine was a treat i looked forward to. it was amazing!!!

The hotel's location is very central, near metro stations and within walking distance of attractions. i appreciated the friendly reception staff who spoke english. it was convenient to leave my luggage before check-in. This helped me explore easily.

i enjoyed the perfect location near many metro lines and pigalle it was easy to explore the city from there the breakfast had a great selection and the free afternoon snacks and drinks were a real treat i liked that the minibar was free and refilled daily there were many restaurants and shops nearby which was useful
the room i had wasn't fully cleaned as i noticed some food crumbs on the floor the curtains also looked like they needed a good cleaning

i found the staff to be very friendly. the location is excellent, really easy for getting around. the breakfast had good variety and tasted great. the room size was a good size and very clean.
The pillows were not very fluffy. i ended up using the decorative pillows for extra support. the half-door in the shower did not stop water from spraying onto the floor. Water leaked through the bottom of the door.

the staff was very attentive and efficient. they assisted with directions and provided quick responses to my inquiries. i did notice them promptly addressing any concerns raised by other guests too.
