excellent location with great amenities
convenient location varied breakfast rooftop terrace
the hotel's location is very convenient near attractions the breakfast included a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients the gym features treadmills stationary bikes and free weights i especially liked the rooftop terrace it provided a nice spot to relax
the air conditioning unit made a slight noise during the night though it was manageable

Fantastic Experience
helpful staff soft bed convenient location
The staff were helpful at all times. The room was beautiful and the bed was soft. The hotel's location is convenient. I could easily walk to amenities near the city center and reach the beach in five minutes (it was super easy to go for a quick swim!).
The shower had very low water pressure. There was also a bit of mold present.

The hotel team offered excellent assistance and quick responses to requests (they brought an iron to my room in just minutes!). Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with directions. I felt very welcomed .

Breakfast included a nice variety of European options. I enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit each morning. The dining area was clean and well-kept, a great way to start the day.

some issues
weak internet substandard cleaning
the location was good and near some establishments.
the cleaning was substandard and a major problem. the water glasses were not changed and remained unwashed on the shelves and the bed cover had makeup stains that were not removed until i complained. the internet connection in the room were also weak.

Fantastic stay
helpful staff great breakfast prime location
Kostas was really helpful and took great care of us . The hotel staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfastwith a variety of choices. The location is AMAZING, with the beach and main promenade just a short walk away.
The bathroom was a bit small. The shower door did not close fully, so water ended up on the floor. I think this area could use an update for more comfort.

central location cute staff good variety missing window terrible smell stained bed
the location was really central, and it helped me get around easily. the staff were cute. the breakfast had a good variety, i liked it.
my room had no window, it didn't feel so great. there was a terrible smell in the bathroom, i also noticed things were broken. the bed sheets had stains on them, i think it was blood.
