the staff were discreet! the breakfast buffet offered fresh juices. dishes were prepared at the request of guests and were delivered efficiently. the gym had great equipment and i would highly recommend it.
the wi-fi was slow.

the gym included great equipment. it had many machines. breakfast offered a rich choice. i found various options.
the pricing seemed excessive. a bottle of water cost a lot. the taxi drivers behavior was bad. one driver was rude to us.

The breakfast buffet included many vegetarian options and was excellent. the bed in my room was comfortable, and i enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. the grounds had plenty of areas to sit and relax. I found them to be very nice. the gym had a good selection of equipment. I also used the sauna.
The music from the on-site bar was loud. It disrupted the relaxation.

the staff anticipated my needs and provided services quickly. 90% of the staff are attentive and helpful, i am happy with this service. i received excellent customer service throughout the hotel!

The room included free water bottles. These were refilled regularly. The beach area was well-kept with clean towels always available. The cabana service near the beach was efficient. The hotel also features a very convenient water sports area.

The hotel provides clay tennis courts and a grass court. The heated pool was sufficiently warm. A wet sauna offered relaxation with very good conditions after playing a sport.

The breakfast buffet staff was excellent. Nicolina provided really good service and a sincere welcome. Maria and Denis in the Gallery bar were professional. They were also polite and pleasant .

The food was very flavorsome. Portions were generous at the Italian restaurant. The wine selections complimented the food well, and the ambiance included soft lighting. Music enhanced the mood.
