I found the receptionist to be quite rude. she seemed transactional and showed a clear bias towards guests. i don't speak english fluently. She demanded every possible document, like bank cards and ids. she even noted down all payment details, treating me as if i was under police inspection.

The location proved convenient, close to many shops. The quiet atmosphere allowed me to get peaceful sleep at night. I was kinda surprised with the breakfast, especially the variety of options (everything tasted fresh).
I encountered some issues as the staff were not helpful. Everything seemed like a lot of effort. I expect more from a supposed luxury hotel.

Zuzana at reception speaks both Spanish and English fluently and was very helpful. She provided useful information and tips. I appreciated her friendly attitude and efficient service (it definitely enhanced the experience).

the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection with the option of sitting in the garden. the art throughout the hotel is fabulous. every room includes a double rolltop bathtub. a rarity in hotels today!

The location was excellent. Many restaurants were nearby and they were not tourist traps, the number 23 tram stopped close to the front door making it easy to move around! breakfast was very good. I especially liked the homemade cake and perfect coffee. the staff provided prompt support. Dilan at reception assisted me with everything.
The receptionist showed bias! she asked for all documents, like bank cards and ids and noted all payment details. This seemed unnecessary as the payment was already.
