The breakfast was fantastic! i especially enjoyed the full-service style. the courtyard provided a beautiful, flowered area for relaxation. the staff were very helpful. Ashraf was especially considerate. the location was also great, close to public transport.
i found there was no plug near the nightstand. it was slightly inconvenient. i had to charge my phone on the table and get up to switch off the alarm.

the breakfast presentation was really good. it seemed like a high tea experience because of the variety. the room's unique key added a special touch because it unlocked the door to our room. i appreciated the proximity to the subway and nearby coffee shops!
i found the absence of air conditioning a bit challenging.

The breakfast service was attentive! The choices were very good, with fresh options. I found the staff very pleasant and obliging. I received a complimentary room upgrade upon my arrival, it was a nice surprise.
The room lacked some expected amenities. There was no tea, coffee, or iron. A fridge was missing. I just had a single bottle of water. I missed having a desk in the room for work purposes.
