The hotel's location was a real plus. it was a short walk from termini station and many attractions were easily accessible. the staff was friendly and cute. I felt valued as a guest.
the room's air conditioning was quite loud. it made it a little difficult to fall asleep initially, but i eventually got used to it. this noise impacted my overall rest.

Really good Stay Near Termini Station

The hotel's proximity to Termini train station greatly simplified my arrival from the airport via bus. Walking to major attractions was easily achievable due to the central location. I found the interior decor quite attractive. It created a very sophisticated atmosphere. The staff provided helpful assistance whenever I needed it. They were very kind and responsive.
I noticed slight wear on some of the bathroom fixtures. A bit of maintenance would improve their appearance.

I appreciated the great location. I walked to many sites. the street outside was quiet, this was good despite the restaurant being across the street. the room had very good air conditioning, it was very useful because it was hot outside during the day. all the staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. This made showering difficult. it would switch from hot to cold unexpectedly.

the location was fantastic, just a short walk to all the main attractions. the hotel had a modern style and was so clean. i was really delighted with my room, and the nice touch of water and sweets at reception was a plus!
i found that some parts in the toilet were broken, and the furniture in the room looked a little old. it wasn't a huge deal, but a bit of updating would really make a difference.
