The suite had beautiful decor and was quite spacious.. I found the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel also provided convenient access to many nearby shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful. They promptly addressed all my questions.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low sometimes.

The hotel has a cozy bar area, and a comfortable lounge on the ground floor. there is a business center with three computers and a printer available for guest use, which I found helpful for printing travel documents.

the location allowed for easy exploration of nearby landmarks (i especially adored the fountain!). the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. federica offered such a thoughtful welcome. i really felt cared for .
the bathroom lacked attention to detail (i observed a cracked tile). the shower head needed fixing. i found this a bit disappointing for the price.
