i recently stayed here and the experience was so nice the location and the staff's hospitality were great a week after returning home i realized i had left my jewelry box in the safe the staff found my jewelry and ensured it was safely returned to me.
one day before my arrival i received an email informing me that the room with a tower view was more expensive i had already paid for it this seems like misleading advertising the view was only of a small part of the tower breakfast was regular.

the room was clean and sizeable enough i loved our room my family got excited when we got to see the eiffel tower lightshow each night the room includes a blackout curtain.

the breakfasts were delicious a farmer's market is available every sunday and tuesday it is convenient to buy fresh fruit there are many restaurants and shops around the hotel.

the location was fantastic with most major attractions within walking distance it made exploring the city convenient the hotel's proximity to three metro stations is a huge plus the metro station is in front.

i stayed in a classic double room street view. the metro station was conveniently across from the entrance (dupleix station!) i found this very useful for exploring the area. the staff were particularly friendly and accommodating.
the hallways seemed like they could use an update, especially the carpets.

The bed was comfortable. It contributed to a restful stay.
the room felt congested, and it was very small. the staff couldn't help me find water outside the washroom, and i'm not used to drinking tap water directly. in a different hotel, the reception was courteous enough to help with water refills, but not here.
