Kind staff, great location
helpful staffcentral location
The hotel staff was very helpful, especially the breakfast staff. I also found the location central to many tourist attractions. The staff provided bread for my son. Bakeries were closed! This was above and beyond.
The room was warm. Reception sent someone to adjust buttons, but the room temperature remained unchanged. The beds were not comfortable either, and there was no iron in the room.
