I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! the breakfast buffet presented a large variety. i especially loved the fresh fruit and the flavorful indian dishes (.. ) the spa was another highlight. i found the massage therapists to be highly skilled. They use quality products.
The elevator was a bit small. It made transporting luggage slightly challenging.

The suite included a separate living area with comfortable seating. I appreciated this additional space to relax and unwind. the room also featured a large screen tv. I had no problems streaming my favorite shows. the decor enhanced the overall ambiance.

The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Anjali, she addressed all my queries and requests promptly. i noticed the housekeeping maintained perfect standards. My room was always super clean. front desk personnel assisted quickly with luggage.

The hotel offers an amazing cafe named out of the blue. It has delicious food and service. the spa provided excellent massage services, including aromatherapy. the hotel offers free wifi. It supports video streaming without problems.

the location offers convenience to carter road, bandra, and khar. all restaurants and cafes are close. rooms feature artistic decor and spacious layouts. service is excellent. i found the staff helpful and professional. the continental options at the restaurant were more favorable than indian dishes.
i noticed there isn't windows i could open, an opal design which feels a little bit uncomfortable.

the hotel presents a unique spa, but i did not try it. there's also the out of the blue restaurant downstairs, a popular spot known for fresh and filling food i hear. wifi is available.

the staffs are genuinely warm and super helpful with always smiles. anjali, the manager, provided an lovely experience. they accommodate to early arrivals. i spoke to multiple employees, which they all had helpful, non conflicting information.

the breakfast buffet offers a vast selection with many options. the pesto and cheese dosa at breakfast tasted delicious. the out of the blue restaurant is available. the restaurant mostly has continental cuisine but it is still good.
