Mixed Experience Near the Airport.

The check-in process seemed disorganized. It took quite a while. I asked for a room on a higher floor, but this request was not met, I found that odd. the room had a slight musty odor that was a little off-putting, and the AC unit made a strange noise during the night. That disturbed my sleep.

The valet parking was readily available, and the reception staff were very efficient. the restaurant staff were attentive and quick to fulfill requests! the housekeeping ensured the room was super clean each day. The service was very thorough.
the surrounding location felt a little unkempt, the immediate street appearing somewhat shabby.

The room was very clean and spacious, with thoughtful paper placards plus lamps that emit reflected light. The bed was massive and very comfortable. it was also surprisingly quiet, despite what goes on outside.

The room smelled STRANGE. I also noticed dust under the bed. It was CLEARLY not cleaned well. the breakfast buffet was okay, but some of the dishes were cold, and the selection wasn't great. I would expect MORE from a hotel in this price range. it's frustrating when basic cleanliness is overlooked.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

I found the front desk staff helpful, with Sonal, Devendren, and Pravin providing excellent customer service. Salim and Lancy. They were so attentive (I liked them!). Mondal from cleaning catered to all my needs. Early check-in was a big plus for me.
The mineral water in the room was charged at checkout, and I was not informed about that beforehand.
