i found the housekeeping to be somewhat inconsistent. one day, the toiletries weren't fully restocked, and i had to call down for extra shampoo. also, the minibar prices were not clearly displayed, resulting in a bit of a surprise when i checked out. these small issues detracted slightly from an otherwise positive stay.

i found the location ideal for exploring nearby restaurants and shops. the breakfast offered great variety and the staff was very helpful. i particularly appreciated the rooftop swimming pool with its overlooking views. the room was quiet and comfortable.
I noticed limited toiletries. Just one toilet roll was available at first.

The location was acceptable. The hotel is in District 1.
My room had issues. A wall light was detached and showed exposed wires. The floor surfaces needed a thorough cleaning or an upgrade. It felt below par.

Fantastic Stay With Stellar Service!

The staff displayed respect and friendliness. They tried their best. I appreciate their hospitality, part of the local culture, felt throughout the hotel. Rooms were clean and the staff was always present. The location is amazing, near to restaurants and shopping, and very walkable.

The concierge, Thanh, was attentive, and Linh at the front desk assisted me crossing the busy road. Linh also contacted the cafe I was at to offer help crossing the road again, just wonderful! The personnel is even better than I remember.

The rooms have good equipment, including quality mattresses, pillows, bedsheets, and towels and I noticed a vanity set plus bathrobes and slippers were provided. The noise cancellation is great, despite the busy street- both city view and river view rooms are quiet. I had no issues.

Their Pho is one of the best, I tried it via room dining last year and in their restaurant this year. I recommend it. They prepared a takeaway breakfast for me when I had an early checkout, I filled out a form, and it was delivered to my room on time, very punctual.

i was charmed by the super clean cleanliness i found everywhere. the rooftop pool was lovely. i even found a gym, a great bonus for keeping up with my routine. the location made sightseeing easy because i could walk almost everywhere
the toiletries were rather limited. i only got one toilet roll. it was only replaced when it ran out

the location is central. the staff was helpful. the breakfast buffet had very good options (i especially liked the pho).
the gym equipment had stains from old sweat. this meant no one cleans it. dirt and dust were everywhere.
