the location is great. i could easily walk to markets and restaurants. the building and grounds are clean and well kept. i appreciated having a brewery next door for an easy drink (it was very convenient!).
the air conditioning in my room was quite loud. it wasn't easy to adjust, requiring a call to maintenance to resolve.

the staff was friendly and helpful . my room was clean and well-kept throughout the nights. the hotel's location made it easy to access nearby tourist sites.
the gym was rather small with a few machines out of service. i found the towels at the pool area were sometimes scant. the hotel photos gave me higher expectations that were not met.

I found the location very convenient. The hotel had a good breakfast with many options. I was able to leave my bags after checkout and still use the pool and shower, it was a nice facility. The staff are cooperative.
The air conditioner wasn't powerful, so it was difficult to cool the room.

Breakfast included many choices in a buffet style. Fresh eggs were available, cooked to order. Coffee was excellent each morning. I appreciated the consistent quality, it made mornings easier.

Staff helped me with airport transfers. They ensured a smooth process. The staff communicated well in English. They also provided sandwiches for me to take to the airport, very thoughtful.

My room was big and clean. The bed provided good comfort. The decor was quirky, it gave the space character. The comfortable room was quiet, I was able to rest without disturbances.
