charming stay
smooth check-in helpful staff beautiful view
the check-in was smooth, the staff were very helpful and friendly. they told us they are a bit under-staffed and asked us to use the bell to call for attention, which i appreciated. breakfast was also very nice and included a beautiful view from the window, it really charmed me.
I noticed our room was very dated and not a pleasant place to sleep. The furniture seemed quite old. i didn't feel it was as clean as it could have been i hoped for.

the double room had thoughtful touches such as fresh cookies every day. the bathroom was clean and spacious, allowing ample space for toiletries on the countertops. the beds were very comfortable.

the croquet court offered a good outdoor activity. there is plenty of parking available right outside the front door of the hotel. the lounges below were very nice and comfortable.

fantastic stay! totally recommend
majestic gardens well appointed bedroom good dining
i loved the beautiful, majestic gardens! the public rooms and bedrooms were very well appointed. i thought the country house ambience was partnered well with excellent menu choices. dining experiences were good and nice!
the wifi signal was a tad weak in the far corner of the garden, though i still enjoyed my time there.
