My room was spacious. The bathroom seemed to be well-appointed. The staff members were kind. I also found the location convenient for getting around.
The room felt quite warm, because there was no fresh air. I also noticed a strong smell of food in the common areas.

the staff was helpful. my superior double room matched the description. the bed and pillows were comfortable (i slept very well). thick curtains prevented sunlight from entering the room.

Mixed Feelings About the Stay
thin wall uncomfortable mattress
The staff was friendly, so that was acceptable.
The main door to my room did not lock properly. I did not feel safe. Walls were thin, so I heard a lot of noise from other guests. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress felt very used.

convenient location spacious room staff apology complimentary drinks
i found the location very convenient for exploring. the room was spacious and well kept. the staff provided a water bottle and apologized twice after the room wasn't ready upon arrival. the complimentary drinks were a nice touch and i felt very well accommodated .
the room cleaning was done only after 5 pm which was quite late for me

my room featured a comfortable bed and a new bathroom. i noticed the bathroom had very nice tiles on the floor and walls. the double room offered ample space for a comfortable stay and i had no issues during my nights here.

clean room convenient location friendly personnel
The room was spacious and very clean. It was a pleasure to return to after a long day. the hotel is close to the subway and local restaurants, convenient. the reception personnel were also very friendly and helpful.
the common areas were a bit tiny.
