The staff was friendly, so that was acceptable.
The main door to my room did not lock properly. I did not feel safe. Walls were thin, so I heard a lot of noise from other guests. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress felt very used.

i found the location very convenient for exploring. the room was spacious and well kept. the staff provided a water bottle and apologized twice after the room wasn't ready upon arrival. the complimentary drinks were a nice touch and i felt very well accommodated .

my room featured a comfortable bed and a new bathroom. i noticed the bathroom had very nice tiles on the floor and walls. the double room offered ample space for a comfortable stay and i had no issues during my nights here.

The room was spacious and very clean. It was a pleasure to return to after a long day. the hotel is close to the subway and local restaurants, convenient. the reception personnel were also very friendly and helpful.
the common areas were a bit tiny.
