The staff were so helpful and friendly. I loved the emphasis on sustainability throughout the hotel. The location was great too I walked to many attractions from there.
The bathroom could use a small shelf near the sink. I had limited space for my toiletries there.

i found the sustainable superior double room to have a practical layout. the soundproofing really worked well as i heard no street noise. the room included vegan soap and shampoo, which i appreciate.
the bathroom sink felt a little small for comfortably washing my face.

the hotel prioritizes sustainability with features like paper bins and a master switch that shuts off all lights and electronics. the gluten-free breakfast was a highlight, especially the focaccia bread with egg, tomatoes, and cheese. the location is excellent, with the metro and bruxelles nord station nearby. i found check-in and check-out quick and easy, particularly with pre-registration.
The small size of the room felt somewhat cramped. I missed having a table or guest corner.
