The hotel offers comfortable rooms, but the ongoing construction caused unpleasant odors and humidity issues. The cleanliness was satisfactory, but the slow and unreliable Wi-Fi may not suit remote work. The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions and amenities.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, making it very comfortable for my teenage daughters to stay with us. However, there was some humidity in the room, and the carpets seemed old and not well maintained.
The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and close to public transportation. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, perfect for a couple, but some renovation works are needed, especially in the bathroom. Dining offers fresh, delicious food with excellent service, definitely worth the price. The service provided by Edith and the team was outstanding, offering assistance and even a wake-up service. The hotel location is ideal for exploring Paris, within walking distance to major attractions.
The hotel rooms were a bit cold at night due to the heater issues and lacked toothpaste and sufficient shower gel, but I appreciated being moved to a more comfortable room on the second day, even if it meant missing some amenities. The room size was generous for Paris standards.
The hotel is located conveniently around the city but the very small rooms definitely required renovation, especially the bathrooms. The service was very accommodating and friendly during my stay, though it could improve in being more friendly and responsive. The location is excellent, being close to major attractions like the Arc de Triomphe and offering easy access to transportation. The dining options are overpriced and lacking in value. Overall, it's a mixed experience with room for improvement.
