central locationdistracted clerkmissing conditioner
the location was very central. access to many attractions was quite easy from the hotel.
the service left something to be desired. the clerk at check-in seemed distracted and gave no information about the hotel. i also noted a lack of available toiletries, specifically there was no conditioner provided.

The staff seemed indifferent. the front desk attendant barely acknowledged me at check-in. No information about the hotel was offered. the wifi was unreliable in the room. i expected more for the price i paid, twice.
