great location
double sink great location helpful staff
i liked my room size. the bathroom was nice with double sink and very nice shower. the location was great with walking distance to many sites plus good restaurants. the staff was especially great from bellman to maid and bartender to concierge.
the room was smaller than advertised on the web. i do not complain about the small room but the picture of the room was not the one listed when i booked.

a tender embrace in the city
great choice central location
Breakfast had a great choice, it was a delight. the hotel was very central, easing exploration. i loved having the bar and spa available. A perfect ending to my days.
It was a BUMMER to know that i only had 45 mins in the spa. I wanted more time to luxuriate. there was a problem with the shower, and it flooded the room on my first night. the shower wasn't fixed , it was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel features a well-equipped spa with a sauna and relaxation area, all kept impeccably clean. guests can enjoy a rooftop terrace bar which offers panoramic views. there IS also a fitness center with modern equipment.

the superior double room included a comfortable king-size bed and premium bedding. a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks was available, and a safe was present. soundproof windows ensured a quiet stay despite the central setting.

the family suite provided plenty of space for our family. my kids had their own room and bathroom. it connected to our room through an internal hallway. the larger bath was a bonus.
some cushioning should be added to the back of the clothes hangars. they sometimes bang against the closet wall

the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices. the bed was very COMFORTABLE. I was allowed early check in when i arrived. i appreciated the lovely coffee.
the air conditioning in my room was not working. no other rooms were available. i had a sleepless night and it almost ruined my vacation. i was then transferred to a room with working a/c.

I stayed in a classic double room. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept soundly each night. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. I especially enjoyed the pastries.
