the online registration was fast. i received a code before arrival along with all info, no reception registration (a big win!). the room was spacious and bright. i found body lotion in addition to shower gel and shampoo. tea and coffee were also available.
i noticed a very slight delay in response from customer service via email.

Self-check-in provided flexibility upon arrival. the customer care staff offered helpful assistance over the phone. the hotel location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. It was easy to get around without needing a car.
the room offered limited storage space. there was no place to hang clothes, and i had to keep my suitcase on the floor. this made moving around the room slightly difficult.

the room was super clean and well-kept (loved the modern style). the location was perfect for exploring. the online reception was excellent, communication was clear and friendly. whenever i needed anything, they were easy to reach and very helpful.
there is no traditional front desk. i didn't have breakfast included, so i can't comment on that. there are plenty of great cafés and bakeries nearby, though.

the hotel's location is great for transportation and exploring. it is a short walk from the main train station (about fifteen minutes). the hotel was very comfy and tidy.
there is no on-site reception, i noticed. this meant i could not leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out (which was inconvenient). i had to manage my luggage on an uneven sidewalk.

the room was large and clean. the location was also great because it was near the train station. the self-check-in process was easy it made things simple.
the air conditioning did not work . i had to open windows because it was so hot. this made it very loud due to the busy street. the breakfast was not good for its price.
