The air conditioning did not function properly. my room remained at 23.5 degrees celsius despite the a/c being set low. breakfast was marred by numerous bees. They landed on food and were trapped in chafing dishes. these issues detracted from the experience.

The staff were very attentive and helpful from arrival. The hotel has a perfect location. I valued their recommendations for local visits and dinner reservations. The breakfast had many options and was fresh.
I had to wait for service at the bar. A waiter told me repeatedly that someone would come soon. This was after waiting for two hours poolside.
