Bella's warm welcome and the room upgrade were a fantastic surprise. i especially enjoyed the quietness of the room and the best shower ever! i also appreciated the luggage storage on checkout day. It was so convenient.
I noticed the absence of readily available staff in the bar area. I had to seek assistance at reception, a slight inconvenience.
