French-Inspired Cuisine
The Brighton restaurant is inspired by French home-style cooking with earthy dishes, and slow-cooked foods, some served up hearty style and some designed on the plate so beautifully. Guests tuck into simple, robust dishes prepared with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients in trademark bistro, while dinner at bistro combined to offer you honest and hearty dishes to make your mouth water.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms despite some tiredness, with an efficient air conditioning system that helped maintain a reasonable temperature. The service was exceptional, although there was a minor incident with spilled drinks. The location is top-notch, with great food and a lovely bar area. The dining experience was pleasant with a diverse breakfast selection, though slightly pricey. The facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near the seafront and shopping lanes but can be noisy due to events happening nearby. The room was decent, with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed, but some disturbance was experienced at night. The service was efficient and friendly, catering well to special occasions like anniversaries. The location offers easy access to bars and restaurants but cleanliness can be an issue. The hotel offers a mixed experience with clean and comfortable rooms but lacks a bit of character and charm felt from the advertised photos. The service was exceptional and made the stay delightful. The location was ideal for exploring Brighton, but some maintenance issues like bird droppings affected the overall ambiance. The dining was a standout with delicious homemade Granola and friendly staff. Overall, a good choice for a getaway with minor room concerns.

I had a mixed experience at Fallen Angel. The room I stayed in was small but modern and clean, with a lovely private patio. However, being located up on the third floor away from everything was a downside. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being extremely courteous while others seemed disinterested. The location, although close to the sea, lacked charm and color. The dining options were tasty but chaotic at times. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay. Right off the beachfront and close to Brighton's vibrant shops and pubs, the hotel is a gem. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and warm, featuring a lovely deep bath for a relaxing soak. However, the upstairs shower room wasn't quite suitable for my needs.
