The staff demonstrated amazing warmth and attentiveness. They helped with directions and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. The receptionist organized balloons and flower petals on my bed when she learned it was my anniversary. This personal touch. The hotel lobby offered complimentary refreshments (I loved the coffee!). The hotel also had an array of games, like chess and dominoes.
The safe in the room was not working properly.

the location was excellent. the staffs were attentive, i noticed that the rooms were nicely decorated and included a coffee machine. free tea and coffee service was available from the lobby every day, i thought that was a nice touch.
i wasn't given the room i had reserved. a very limited breakfast was brought to the room in a paper bag. i thought the hotel clearly needs a makeover, the rooms are very small.

the location felt local. i also had easy access to several metro lines. it was nice to have free water, although the tap water tasted fine. the room was comfortable.
one day the person responsible for cleaning left the bathroom bin lid on the counter. she took all of our towels away, even though we indicated they didn't need changing. the dirty cups were not removed.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly. The women at the breakfast buffet made me start my day with a smile. Our room size was larger than what I expected. The hotel's decor is top notch.
The mirrors had several stains when I arrived. The stains were not cleaned . The flush buttons for the toilets are chrome and thus my hands left stains when I pressed them. The carpet seemed quite dirty.

the location have many bars and restaurants nearby. i did like free croissants and bottles of water. it was great to have coffee . the hotel workers was cute.
the room was small. i was not given the room i reserved. a very limited breakfast is brought to the room in a paper bag. the balcony was broken.
