a satisfactory stay
friendly staff fresh ingredients gym access limited hours short bed internet information
the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast included fresh and tasty options (i especially liked the croissants!). my room had robes and slippers. i also appreciated the gym and started my day with exercise.
The reception desk was not open 24 hours. after 10 pm, access was only via a code sent to my mobile phone. i found the bed to be a bit short. there was also no information about internet access in the room. I had to call to get the login details.

flawed design scavenger hunt
the breakfast offered a decent variety, nothing to complain about.
The room's climate control was a pain. it was either too hot or too cold, with no in-between. also, the shower design was flawed. Water splashed all over the floor due to a poorly designed screen. finally, finding an available electrical outlet near the bed was a real scavenger hunt.
