lovely atrium close location missing kettle shampoo fragrance
The location was wonderful, very close to the metro. The internal atrium, where i could savor food and drinks, was lovely.
The room lacked a fridge and a kettle. That was surprising. The shampoo's fragrance wasn't my favorite.

accommodating staff allergy-friendly bedding cozy room
I found the staff accommodating after a long day traveling. They promptly changed the bedding to allergy-friendly options upon my request. The staff arranged for me to have dinner at the restaurant despite a private event, and even gave me a cozy room!

charming decor comfortable room delicious breakfast historical character
i loved the decor. it seemed like a movie set with great design and music i liked the quiet and comfortable room. it had nice decorations. the breakfast was delicious with quality and healthy options. i appreciated the history and character.
the space felt a bit small. and i noticed the absence of a kettle or tea-making facilities

loud noise missing amenities
The noise from the restaurant went on until late. It was really annoying. our room got quite stuffy since there wasn't air conditioning and the windows don't offer much ventilation. i asked about a special occasion, but the hotel staff never did anything about it. also, housekeeping took our towels and didn't replace them. i found that basic amenities like coffee, tea, and slippers were missing.
